AluminumOne of Ohio

AluminumOne of Ohio is the region's premier aluminum remelt and toll conversion facility. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, located in Minerva, OH, has been owned and operated by current management since July 1, 2003. Our aluminum processing plant operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Our management team represents over 100 years of aluminum remelting experience. Our reverberatory furnace and two rotary furnaces annually provide us with over 120 million pounds of specification aluminum alloy and deoxidant aluminum.

We don't just make RSI; we blend your scrap to produce specification aluminum ingots and sows as well as Grade 1 deoxidation cone.

We take environmental regulations seriously. Our baghouse system is MACT compliant until 2009 and all operating permits and reports are timely filed with the EPA.


AluminumOne of Alabama

AluminumOne of Alabama is our second aluminum remelt and toll conversion facility. We acquired a shuttered aluminum melting plant in December 2006 and started melting in our reverberatory furnace in April 2007. With a rotary assist furnace coming online in late summer 2007, we will generate close to 100 million pounds of specification aluminum alloy and deoxidant aluminum.
